Ohio passed a law to legalize medical cannabis in 2016 through House Bill 523. The law allows qualifying patients to possess a 90-day supply of medical marijuana. The amount is to be determined. Cultivation of medical marijuana is not allowed. 

New Jersey passed a law to legalize medical cannabis in 2010 through Senate Bill 119. The law allows qualifying patients to possess 2 ounces of medical marijuana. Cultivation of medical marijuana is not allowed.
